Coronavirus

I’ve been grateful for the amount of time since I’ve done in-depth research. Sadly, it’s not just one person affected this time… but the entire world!

Warning, I have a lot to say about this. I agree that this is a terrible virus and it’s devastating how many lives it has taken. It’s frightening the rate of hospitalizations. And frankly, it’s embarrassing what this has done to our economy and stability of our country.

On the other hand, I secretly love quarantine and how many families this time has brought back together. More specifically, people are discovering what is truly important and what matters more than the rat race we were all running before this. I also appreciate that people actually value the importance of washing their hands now. The greatest thing to witness are people loving others well and going out of their way to serve them.

However, I’m more concerned about how if affects people financially, emotionally, and even spiritually. In one way or another, you have been in a situation that the letters COVID brought you fear, disappointment, and possibly even anger towards God and those around you. We were scolded for taking our kids to ther hospital parking lot to pray for the patients and thank the employees for working, from the safety of the van.

My fear mostly stems from the fact that we’ve already had 18 hospitalizations for respiratory distress. The glaring truth is that if our son gets coronavirus again (yes, he had a different strand three years ago), fear and rushing to follow procedures would lead to immediately intubation, informing anyone that we’ve come in contact with or even surfaces that were mutually touched, and mass hysteria. Even though last time, it was presented as, “He has coronovirus, but we know his body doesn’t respond well to the common cold.” Wouldn’t that be the same case for 80 year olds with underlying conditions?

My husband is fortunately very knowledgeable and statistics driven. He pointed out that there are a lot of details that aren’t being publicized and need to be researched before jumping on the “We are all going to catch this and die” train.

Let’s Look at the Numbers

There are around 330 million people in USA, so when you calculate that 26 thousand people have died, we get 0.00007 ratio. This doesn’t even account for some skewing of the numbers that I’ll discuss later. I won’t even do the math for people affected because we all haven’t been tested. If you consider that most people are asymptomatic, the denominator could increase by millions, making the percentage that much lower.

In America, about 7,500 people die every day, but you won’t be able to keep up with these in just one click. Our top cultrips are heart disease, cancer, and accidents, but I’ve yet to hear of government funding to go toward these. More interesting facts is that the number of people dying from heart disease has somehow decreased tremendously since COVID. Coincidence?

Around 57 million die in the world each year, with top causes being tuberculosis, hepatitis, pneumonia, and HIV. Its difficult for me to believe that even if we didn’t flatten the curve, we could come close to these more prevalent concerns.

It’s not until you compare apples to apples that you see how ridiculous we are acting.

Why All the Talk of Ventilators?

Sadly, similar to many other issues in our world, politics and finances possibly play a part in this. Do doctors really get kickbacks on ventilators and hospitals get financial assistance for COVID? Furthermore, how much does the government provide for other illnesses? Are nurses truly being furloughed because they don’t have enough patients in “their” departments?

This MIT doctor states that there are hospital codes that specify COVID and COVID related. If doctors think the person was in contact with someone infected or had similar symptoms, they have been said to be counted on the Worldometer.

If they are running out of ventilators at one hospital, why don’t they life-flight them or even reroute their ambulance to a nearby hospital with available equipment?

A Less Expensive and Less Invasive Approach

You all know how I feel about “let’s try this” or “better safe than sorry” aggressive approaches. I was told by an inside source that because they don’t have manpower to intubate on a moments notice, they are ventilating anyone that comes in with respiratory distress. As that doctor from MIT and most people in healthcare can testify, extubating is very risky and can result in death. I also know of a patient that was healed from his coronovirus and coming home, only to pass away the day he was extubated.

Here’s What I Suggest Based on Much Research

The reason the lungs fill up with fluid is the immune system reacting to the virus. High doses of vitamin C could slow this down. If the patient is struggling to breath, but their oxygen saturation is above 85, I’d suggest a bi-pap machine to regulate their breathing. The combination of Chloroquine and Azithromycin has been shown to have positive results. However, a man apparently drank aquarium cleaner because it had Chloroquine in it. Because he died, it has been deemed dangerous for the rest of us. I’m here to testify that I’ve been prescribed it for my autoimmune and side effects were only warned about after 7 years of use.

As a wise friend questioned, why haven’t they taken mass blood transfusions from those that are about to die, remove the plasma, and give concentrated doses of the antibodies to matching blood types?

What About the Other 99% of Us?

If you are at risk, the same people that have been washing and delivering your items will continue to do so. What if the rest of us promise to continue this new trend of washing our hands well and often? Imagine the possibilities. Flu and cold season could become a worry of the past. If we are sick, we will self quarantine.

If this doesn’t end soon, I’m considering breaking the “rules” and taking my children into the public. The longer their little bodies aren’t required to use their immune systems, the weaker it becomes. Think of new babies, kindergartners, first year teachers/nurses/police officers, or nursing home residents.  Our immune systems are easily bombarded when initially introduced.

Is it Really That Contagious?

We’ve all heard about schools closing because of colds, viruses, and flu. We all know someone that was affected by this. However, when I hear of a teacher and a Waffle House cook both testing positive, but no one else splattered on the news for being hospitalized because of the exposure,  I find it hard to believe it’s more contagious than any other virus.

As for self quarantine to improve the situation, most of us are still grocery shopping. There is enough research that unless you wear a N95 mask (which need to be saved for healthcare that are actually facing coronavirus patients), it’s not as effective.

Not to mention gloves and cross-contamination. People are wearing gloves, but touching their faces and phones. Before they stopped the samples at Costco, I witnessed people eat them with their gloves on!!! Easy access for those excited little germs!

Why is it so difficult to find this information?

Through all my research for our son, Google knew to only guide me toward medical journals and creditable websites. However, when searching now, I’m only taken to fear mongering sites with a majority of fake news.

I asked my husband to explain this and why I rarely see logical posts on Facebook. There are apparently algorithms that were designed to keep you addicted. If you “like” a post, similar posts will be displayed for you. My newsfeed was a disaster years ago because I was commenting “I’m so sorry and I’ll be praying for you” on too many posts.  I was crying every time I went on Facebook because all I read were your worst nightmares. Now, I try to only click on funny memes and it has improved tremendously.

difficult to believe until you experience

He also had me watch a documentary about MSM and I was shocked to discover that China owns a majority of our media. He joked that CNN stands for Chinese News Network!

I, ignorantly, needed to ask him about our relationship with China. It sounds as if it would benefit China tremendously if Biden were our next president. Joe Biden’s son is listed as a director of a state-backed equity fund in China. Please tell me that this and the idea that Democrats requested mail in voting ballots are both fake news! Besides, isn’t “this all Trumps fault that our economy is plummeting?” My favorite radio ad has been, “Trump isn’t doing enough to stop the virus. Elect Bloomburg and he will put an end to Coronovirus.” It does make sense that it’s more difficult for an incumbent to win during a recession.

I hope this blog doesn’t sound political. To be honest, I don’t even know if I consider myself a Democrat or Republican. 🤦‍♀️ I have concerns with both sides and would prefer not choosing.

I’m also looking into whether the UN is a globalist organization that despises the USA and Trump. Is WHO part of the UN? Were they really opposed to Trump’s travel ban. Can someone explain this to me? Wasn’t it their epidemiologist, Dr. Neil Ferguson, that projected 2.2 million deaths in the US? I get flattening the curve, but doubt it was THAT successful.

I also find it interesting that this all happens on an election year. Have you ever researched other mass hysteria that occurred on election years? I have and its frightening how fragile we are as a country and easily distracted.

It’s not that these viruses originated during this time, but definitely given more attention through media. Let’s not forget about Y2K. I’m sure I’m not alone thinking that was really going to be disastrous.

Now What?

It’s time to steer clear of fear mongering media (start with only clicking on cheerful posts and see what happens), get your priorities straight, deep clean your house and donate items to the less fortunate, eat dinner as a family, and trust that God has a plan for your life.

Besides, if God has intentions of you dying because of this virus, do you think staying home will save you? You can’t hide from germs and you can’t hide from God’s bigger purpose.

If you made it this far, you may need to get out of your house and find a hobby! Just kidding, thank you for allowing me to vent! I hope all my research has taken a little tension away from you.
